On Friday 11th Sep 2015, at 6:45pm, we will be having a minibus crawl. The minibus departs from St George’s Square and will visit pubs in Skelmanthorpe, Scisset, Denby Dale, Upper Denby, Lower Cumberworth.

Huddersfield Oktoberfest Beer & Cider Festival 2015 Thu 1st to Sat 3rd October 2015
Arrangements are now well under way for this year’s beer festival. Once more we will be at the APNA Centre (entrance on Spring Grove Street), behind the fire station and the new sports centre.
At least 75 beers, including “tick beers”, all in addition to our wealth of local micro brewers. Ciders from around the country, including local award winners. Food at all sessions, memorabilia stall. Open Thursday evening to Saturday evening with afternoon sessions on Friday and Saturday. No music, just convivial conversations. Large seating area (see last year’s photographs).

Saturday 3rd October 11am – 11pm
ADMISSION: FREE for CAMRA Members £3 for Non-members
Refundable souvenir glass with 1/3rd pint measure.
