Presentations, Beer Festivals and more – Thu 27th & Fri 28th Jun

On Thursday 27th Jun, at 8pm we will be making the Pub of the Season Presentation to the the Riverhead, Marsden, HD7 6BR (map) on the opening day of their 3 day Beer Festival. Catch the 19:30 train from Huddersfield Railway Station

Then, we will return to Huddersfield by train to the Trade Launch of the new expanded shop at HDM Beer Shop, 28-30 Wood St Huddersfield, HD1 1DU (map).

On Friday 28th Jun, at 8pm, we will be making the  Club of the Year Presentation to Marsh Liberal Club, New Hey Road, HD3 4AL (map) on the opening day of their 2 day Beer Festival. Catch the 19:42 372 First Bus from stand W4 on Westgate.

Mild crawl on Monday 13th May starting at the Slubbers, Hillhouse

On Monday 13th May, at 7:30pm, we will be doing a Mild Crawl.

At 7:30pm, we will start at the Slubbers Arms, Hillhouse, HD1 6HW (map). We will move on – 8:15pm Sportsman, Huddersfield, HD1 5AY (map). We will then move on again – 9pm King’s Head, Huddersfield, HD1 1JF (map). We will also be presenting a certificate to the King’s Head for 10 continuous years in the Good Beer Guide. And we will move onwards after that, as the mood takes us.

Branch Meeting & Presentation at the White Cross, Bradley on Mon 18th Mar

On Monday 18th March 2013, at 8pm, we will be holding a Branch Meeting & Presentation at the White Cross, Bradley Road, Bradley, HD2 1XD (map). We will also be voting for Pub of the Year, Club of the Year and Cider Pub of the Year.

Catch the 19:20 328 First bus from Market Street or the 19:30 229 Arriva bus from Huddersfield Bus Station.

Branch members, if you cannot attend  the meeting, then you can vote online for Pub of the Year, Club of the Year and Cider Pub of the Year – vote here in the Members’ Area. Votes must be submitted before midnight tonight – Sunday 17th  March 2013. Branch members can also vote for the Mild Pub & Club of the Year.
